It’s a well known fact that January is THE month everyone vows to get fit though many of us don’t keep it up for long if at all.
Part of the problem is finding an activity we actually enjoy rather than only doing it in order to get fit.
This year I have stumbled across the BBC’s “Activity Finder” & thought I would share it. It is a massive list including practically every activity you could think of.
Hopefully we will all find some inspiration & an activity or two we can stick to all year round!
